What this covers
This policy explains how Chronic Pain Highlands uses information you choose to share through this website, including the “What Do You Need Most Right Now?” support path.
Information you may share
The support path may receive your first name, email address, broad location, answers about the kind of support you are looking for, preferred content formats, and an optional free-text goal. You can skip questions, and email is optional. Please do not use the support path to share medical records, diagnoses, precise addresses, or information about an emergency.
How we use it
We use answers to show a more relevant starting point and understand broad patterns in what visitors need. If you provide an email address, we use it to send the one-time support path result you requested. We only send occasional matched updates if you actively choose that separate option.
Where it is stored
Support path responses are stored securely so Chronic Pain Highlands can review anonymous audience needs. Identified contact details are kept in the website’s contact system. A draft and completed support path may also be saved in your browser on the device you use. You can clear that browser copy by choosing “Start a new support path”.
Your choices
You can skip the email step, leave questions unanswered, and unsubscribe from optional updates. To ask about information associated with your email address or request a correction or deletion, contact Gwen at hello@gwenpaincoach.com.
Support and emergencies
The support path provides general information and signposting, not medical diagnosis or treatment. If you need urgent medical help, call NHS 24 on 111. In an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E.
