    The Journey

    My Story

I know what it's like to live with pain that doesn't show up on a scan. Pain that makes people question you, and that makes you question yourself. My journey into chronic pain work began not in a textbook, but in lived experience — and it's what drives everything I do.

From my home in the far north of Scotland, in the wild and beautiful county of Caithness, I work online with people across the UK who are exhausted, frustrated, and ready for something different. I combine my years of clinical experience, specialist mind-body therapies, and the insights of the Pain Free You approach to help you build a new relationship with your pain.

I believe that understanding your pain is the first step to changing how it affects your life. Not curing it — understanding it. And with that understanding comes real, lasting change.

"Understanding your pain is the first step to changing how it affects your life."
