    Face-to-Face Sessions

For those based in Caithness and Far North Sutherland

There is something irreplaceable about sitting in the same room with someone. If you live locally in Caithness or the Far North of Sutherland, you have the option to meet Gwen in person — for those who prefer the warmth of a face-to-face connection.

All the same care, the same approach, the same unhurried space — just in person. Whether you're based in Wick, Thurso, or anywhere across the Far North, please do get in touch to discuss what's possible.

Face-to-face sessions run for 50 minutes and are available at the same rates as online sessions.

    Same Approach, Same Care

All the tools and compassion of an online session, in person

    Why Online Works

Living with chronic pain often makes travel difficult, unpredictable, or just too much. Online sessions mean you can access support from the comfort and safety of your own home — on a good day or a hard one.

I work exclusively online, and I've found that it creates a surprisingly intimate and effective space. Many clients tell me they feel more at ease in their own environment — and that comfort matters enormously when we're doing meaningful work together.

    Your Space

Sessions happen where you feel most comfortable and safe. No clinical waiting rooms or unfamiliar environments.

    Your Schedule

Flexible appointments that work around your energy levels and daily rhythms, saving your precious spoons.

    No Travel

No driving, no parking, no pain flares from long journeys. Just log on and we begin.

    UK-Wide

Whether you're in the Highlands, London, or anywhere between — specialist support is just a click away.

    What You'll Need

Sessions take place via Zoom. You don't need to be particularly tech-savvy — if you can make a video call, you can do this.

    1
A device — laptop, tablet, or smartphone
    2
    A reasonably stable internet connection
    3
A quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed
    4
A Zoom account (free to set up — I'll send you instructions)

"Not sure about Zoom? I'm happy to do a quick tech run-through before your first session, free of charge."
